Operator and these terms

HomeFeud is a household activity and scoring service operated by Wecode AB, organisation number 556748-3861, at Åsögatan 164, 116 32 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact support@homefeud.com for help. These terms govern your use of HomeFeud. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HomeFeud. Sign in through an Apple or Google account you control, keep that account secure, and provide accurate account information. You may use a display name of your choice. You can link both sign-in providers to one HomeFeud account. Each active household supports at most two people.

Household participation

Invite someone only with their agreement. Activities, notes and scores are shared with your household partner. Record activity honestly and use editing, bashing and invitation features respectfully. Scores and wins are motivational features with no monetary value; HomeFeud does not decide household or relationship disputes.

Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You give Wecode permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate HomeFeud, including sharing it with your household partner. This permission covers retained shared records as described in the privacy policy; it does not give Wecode ownership of your content or override your data protection rights.

Do not submit unlawful content, harass others, misuse invitations, access another household without permission, or interfere with the service. Do not put passwords or other secrets into activity notes, and respect other people’s privacy and content rights.

Availability and support

We aim to keep HomeFeud available and reliable, but maintenance, network problems and provider failures can interrupt it. Loaded mobile data may be available offline; score-changing actions require a connection. Contact support if something goes wrong. These limitations do not remove any rights you have to a remedy under applicable law.

Suspension and ending access

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach of these terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue before acting. We may act immediately in an urgent security or safety situation, or where the law requires it. Contact support to ask us to review a restriction.

Leaving HomeFeud

You can stop using HomeFeud, disconnect your household or delete your account from Settings. Disconnecting archives the household without erasing its history. Account deletion removes profile details and activity notes through background cleanup, but some shared activity names, dates, scores, results, relationships and internal identifiers remain. Your former partner may still recognize that history; it is not necessarily anonymous. See the privacy policy and account-deletion instructions for details and help.

Responsibility and your rights

Wecode remains responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer or data protection rights. No guaranteed household outcome follows from using the service or its scores.

Applicable law and complaints

Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of habitual residence. You retain any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law, including a competent court where you live. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint; doing so does not limit your legal remedies.

HomeFeud 3.0 and changes

HomeFeud 3.0 is a fresh start. Accounts and household history from earlier versions are not imported. This does not delete data held by the previous service; contact support about those records.

We may update the service or these terms to reflect changes in features, security, law or how the service operates. We will explain material changes through the service or another appropriate channel, with reasonable advance notice where practical and any notice or choice required by law. Changes will not remove rights you have already acquired. If you do not wish to continue, you can stop using the service and request account deletion. The effective date above identifies this version of the terms.
